Community Soccer Fun Day Application

Thank you for your interest in hosting the Oklahoma Soccer Fun Days.  In order to insure that all requirements for such an event are met, please complete the applicatio and submit to OSA. Applications should be submitted 30 days prior to the earliest proposed date. This will enable OSA sufficient time to schedule your event.

Please give us at least 2 proposed dates for the Succer Fun Days event. These are on a first come, first serve basis.

Checklist for Clubs applying for Oklahoma Soccer Fun Days:

Site Requirements:

  • Outdoor field space. Preferably with a pavilion or pop-up tents.

  • 110V power available.

  • Restroom facilities.

  • A Site Coordinator.

  • A soccer field with goals.

Site Coordinators Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all facility issues between the hosting club and OSA.

  • Have access to a cell phone.

  • Assist with location accommodations.

  • Recruit club members to help with the games.

  • Have available a 1st aid kit on site.
